Do I need an account to track?

No. Use the public tracker with your Order ID. Driver details are limited until the order reaches an active paid state.

How does escrow work?

The platform fee is shown separately and payment follows the order’s escrow and delivery milestones.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation depends on the order state and any accepted bid. Contact support before the vehicle is dispatched.

What if cargo is damaged?

Record the issue promptly, keep delivery evidence and open a support or dispute request against the order.

How are drivers verified?

OTTOH GO uses identity, licence, vehicle and regulatory checks as part of onboarding.

Where do you operate?

Every mainland African country, domestic and cross-border. OTTOH GO is based in Dar es Salaam; each cross-border booking shows the countries crossed, border posts, transit days and paperwork before it is posted. Island destinations need a sea or air leg — book the road leg to or from the port.
