OTTOH GO connects cargo owners and transport operators. Each party remains responsible for accurate information, lawful cargo and agreed delivery obligations.
Accounts
Keep your credentials private and provide accurate identity and contact details. We may limit access when compliance or safety information is incomplete.
Orders
An order becomes actionable when the parties agree on the bid, timing and payment terms shown in the platform.
Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Danger Zone by typing the confirmation phrase. Deletion is permanent: profile, orders, bids, messages and uploaded documents are erased. Shipments with escrow in progress or trips on the road must be completed first.
Acceptable use
No false identities, bypass of platform escrow, off-platform deal solicitation, or transport of prohibited goods. Violations lead to suspension and may be reported to authorities.
